Industry: IT Infrastructure, Telecom & Security Systems
“We removed the information gaps before the job, the communication overhead during the job, and the manual work after the job.”
Operations Team, Telbizus
Overview
Telbizus, also known as Telephone Business Systems, is a technology infrastructure and service provider specializing in telecom, network, and security systems. The company installs and supports business phone systems, structured cabling, audio and video infrastructure, surveillance systems, and network environments across commercial sites.
Their work covers the full lifecycle of these systems, from installation and configuration to maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and ongoing support. Projects often involve multiple locations, different types of equipment, and a mix of planned work and urgent service interventions.
To support customers across different regions, Telbizus operates with both internal technicians and subcontractors. Managing these operations requires accurate planning, reliable field execution, and clear visibility across every intervention.
Operational Reality
As field operations expanded, coordination became increasingly difficult.
Before Wello:
- Technicians regularly needed to call managers for site details or equipment locations
- Important information about installations was spread across emails, calls, and external files
- Subcontractors required additional coordination before starting interventions
- Managers had limited visibility into execution quality until after the job was completed
- Billing required manual follow-up after work orders were closed
- Site layouts, rack locations, and equipment access instructions were not always immediately available in the field
Operations continued to run, but too much time was spent chasing information instead of executing work.
Why Wello?
Telbizus selected Wello Solutions to centralize field execution and connect operations directly with Odoo. The objective was to create a connected workflow where technicians, managers, and finance always work from the same operational data.
Wello had to:

Reduce dependency on calls and manual coordination

Provide technicians with complete site context before arrival

Support both internal teams and subcontractors within the same workflow

Connect field execution with invoicing and ERP processes

Improve operational control without adding complexity
How wello is used in operations
With Wello, Telbizus manages field operations, workforce execution, quality control, and ERP synchronization in one environment.
Connected workflow between Odoo and Wello
Customer data, products, pricing, and related information are synchronized from Odoo into Wello in near real time. Once a sales order is confirmed, a structured work order is created in Wello with the required operational context for dispatching technicians.
Site intelligence before arrival
Each work order contains detailed site information, including floor plan URLs, building access instructions, and equipment location photos. Technicians already know where panels, racks, or systems are located before arriving on site.
Workforce management for internal teams and subcontractors
Internal technicians receive scheduled work orders through the dispatch board. Subcontractors receive complete dispatched work orders with all required job details, allowing them to execute independently without back-and-forth communication.
Mobile execution in the field
Technicians log billable hours, used parts, notes, and intervention details directly in the Wello mobile app. Everything is captured on site and attached to the work order immediately.
Visual quality verification
Photos are captured before, during, and after each intervention. Managers review execution quality remotely using the work order documentation without needing to contact technicians.
Automatic invoicing workflow
Once a work order is completed, Wello generates the invoice data and pushes the finalized sales information back into Odoo, including billable hours and used parts. Finance can invoice immediately without manual re-entry.
Impact
With Wello, Telbizus established a more controlled and efficient field service operation.
- Technicians arrive on site with complete operational context
- Managers no longer spend time calling technicians for updates or clarification
- Subcontractors execute jobs independently with minimal coordination overhead
- Billing is generated immediately after work completion
- Administrative work between field execution and invoicing has been significantly reduced
- Quality control can be validated remotely through structured photo documentation
Information that was previously fragmented across calls, emails, and files is now centralized in one operational workflow.
