With an icon in front of each technician on the timeline in day view only, it will be possible to reposition all the work orders on the timeline of that technician for that day in order to have correct travel times between each job.
This feature takes all the planned jobs, keeps the sequence of the planning, but repositions the jobs on the right timeslot as to get enough travel time between each job. It does not optimize the route.
This resolves the fact that
- suggested jobs from a service model arrive on the planboard not really planned on the right timeslot.
- the smart scheduler does not optimzes routes taking real travel times into account but an average travel time.
