Role Summary:

You’ll spearhead the sales cycle from qualifying leads to closure, demonstrating our software’s value proposition. This role involves direct sales engagements, customer needs analysis, presentations, negotiations, and sealing the deal, ensuring a smooth transition to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the entire sales cycle: identify leads, understand client needs, present solutions, negotiate, and close sales.
  • Communicate customer insights to implementation consultants
  • Share feedback to the product development teams.
  • Deliver proposals including sales quotes, ROI analysis, and benefits.
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas.

Experience:

  • 2+ years in B2B SaaS, FSM, or Digital Transformation Sales.
  • Proven direct sales success with decision-makers.
  • Background in subscription-based software sales, ideally in the Service Industry or related fields.
  • Energetic, positive, and highly motivated.

What You Bring:

  • Skilled in developing new business and understanding SaaS solutions.
  • Expertise in managing sales cycles independently with minimal support.
  • Proficiency in engaging decision-makers and delivering impactful presentations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams to align sales strategies.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is required; French Proficiency is a Plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Marketing, or related.
  • Fluency in Dutch at a native level is required; proficiency in French is highly advantageous.
  • At least 2 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
