Wello Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive at our company, your mission will be to:

  • Develop and nurture new sales opportunities, managing leads to secure successful deals and turn inquiries into satisfied customers with in-depth product knowledge.
  • Cater to customer needs with customized solutions and support, demonstrating a good understanding of Field Service Management (FSM) Solutions or SaaS to meet client requirements.
  • Independently navigate through sales cycles, leveraging expertise to operate without the need for extensive sales support and excel in prospecting to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Identify and effectively engage key decision-makers within organizations, employing persuasive communication to arrange and conduct impactful meetings.
  • Craft and deliver compelling presentations tailored to the prospect’s needs, creating added value and tactfully handling objections to achieve positive conclusions.
  • Work in synergy with senior management and the marketing team, aligning sales strategies with business trends and targeting quality prospects, to ensure sales targets are met and contribute to the company’s growth.
  • Fluency in French or Dutch is advantageous, enabling better communication with a wider range of clients.

  • A trustworthy professional whom we can confidently entrust our precious leads to, and someone who would convincingly sell our product as if it were their own.
  • Experience in selling more challenging products is highly desirable. We are looking for someone who has thrived in selling complex solutions and can adapt easily to selling our products, potentially outperforming in an environment where our offerings may seem easier to sell in comparison.
  • We value resilience, adaptability, and the ability to sell effectively with limited support.
  • A self-starter attitude with the capability to work independently, navigate sales processes, and close deals without the extensive sales support typically available in larger companies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience, with a portion of that experience relevant to selling at our specified ACV.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
